Eligibility & Age Verification

Only persons aged 21 or above (21+) with valid authorization may register an account at 11m9. Access by underage individuals is strictly prohibited.

• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using your own ID and your own bank or payment method.
• The platform provides services to players located in Myanmar.
• Playing on behalf of an organization, company, or third party is not permitted.

One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may hold only one account at a time. If duplicate accounts are found, 11m9 reserves the right to freeze funds, cancel bonuses, or close the accounts.

• Creating duplicate accounts using the same name, phone number, or payment method is not allowed.
• IP address and device matches are recorded and can be reviewed.
• In cases of bonus abuse, 11m9 has the right to take action in accordance with the rules.

Player Responsibilities

Your account password and login details must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. Players are solely responsible for any losses arising from their own account.

• 11m9 is not responsible for losses caused by the player themselves.

Account Suspension and Closure

If a player violates these terms, 11m9 may suspend the account and investigate without prior notice. Funds may be held until the investigation is complete.

• If it can be proven that a bonus was obtained fraudulently, the bonus amount and any winnings from it may be reclaimed.
• If there is evidence of financial fraud or illegitimate income, 11m9 has the right to take further action.

Deposits

Payment methods include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all methods.

• Deposits can only be made using methods registered under the player's own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — if detected, the amount may be reversed.
• Deposits are normally processed instantly, but may take longer due to bank connectivity issues.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Only accounts that have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification are eligible to make withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If a deposit was made with a bonus, withdrawals can only be made after the required wagering amount has been met.
• 11m9 may request ID or personal information to carry out financial verification.

Welcome Bonus

11m9's welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. To meet the wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered.
• Example 2 — Deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus (maximum), giving a balance of 320,000 Ks. To meet the wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks must be wagered.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is completed, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
• The bonus is available once per player only.

General Promotion Terms

Any promotion announced by 11m9 will have its own specific terms, which must be followed alongside these general terms.

• 11m9 reserves the right to cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be revoked.
• Promotion terms will be published in Burmese on the 11m9 website.

VIP Progression Policy

11m9's VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Players move up based on their regular play and wagering volume.

• Bronze — earn up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — earn up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold — earn up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Cashback is awarded as bonus funds, and a wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn.
• 11m9 reserves the right to change VIP policies with prior notice.

Prohibited Conduct

Players on the 11m9 platform are not allowed to engage in any of the following actions under any circumstances.

• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or technical loopholes.
• Playing with bots, auto-click software, or AI assistance — players must play on their own.
• Fake play designed to systematically claim bonuses (bonus abuse), or cycling deposits and withdrawals (arbitrage).
• Hacking attacks on the site or carrying out financial fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate results.

Game Result Fairness

Games offered on 11m9 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) to produce fair results. 11m9 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes, and protects players' funds and personal data with SSL encryption.
